Hi, I'm Noah.

I started Saeba Digital because most agencies separate the people who think from the people who do. Strategy gets handed to one team, execution to another, and clients end up working with someone different every few months.

I wanted to build something different. I stay closely involved in every engagement. That means faster decisions, clearer thinking, and fewer mistakes caused by miscommunication. Clients always know who they're working with and why decisions are being made.

Saeba Digital is intentionally focused. That's what allows us to go deep, move quickly, and deliver a level of execution and attention most companies only get from much larger firms.

What does Saeba Digital do?

We're a paid ads agency. We manage campaigns across every major platform. And we pair it with the kind of financial reporting and performance analysis that most agencies don't touch. You'll always know exactly what your money is doing.

What is "Performance Marketing"?

Performance marketing is paid advertising where you can directly track and measure results. It's the same thing as paid ads, paid media, or growth marketing; just different names for running campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

The term "performance" means you're optimizing for specific outcomes like revenue, leads, or conversions, not brand awareness or impressions. If you're spending money on ads and tracking what comes back, that's performance marketing.

Do you specialize in a specific industry?

No. We work across ecommerce, lead generation, healthcare, education, technology, and service-based businesses. The common thread is complexity, not industry.

Are you a good fit for early-stage companies?

Sometimes. Paid ads need enough volume to generate insight. If you’re still validating product-market fit or testing small budgets, we may not be the right fit yet.

Why would I work with you over another agency?

Most agencies separate strategy from execution and creative from media buying. We don't. One person models your economics, builds strategy, manages ads, and directs creative. We limit capacity so every account gets real attention. And we're month-to-month because results should earn retention.

If you're looking for a large team, volume-driven execution, or purely tactical support, we're probably not the right fit. That's fine. We're happy to recommend agencies we trust.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Vancouver, BC and work with clients across North America and beyond.

What services do you offer?

Our core service is paid ads management. That covers strategy, account setup, daily optimization, creative direction, static ad design, and monthly reporting tied to business outcomes. Every client also gets growth modeling and CAC analysis by channel so you always know where your money is working hardest.

Beyond paid ads, we offer add-on services for clients who need more: UGC campaign management, affiliate program buildout, retention marketing through email and SMS, and landing page optimization. These are scoped and priced separately so you only pay for what you actually need.

Which platforms do you manage?

We manage paid social, paid search, shopping, retargeting, and TV/streaming when appropriate. Channels are selected intentionally based on goals.

Who manages our account day to day?

Senior team members. The people on your calls are the people in your ad account. No handoffs, no junior rotations, no account managers relaying messages.

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding is straightforward. Once scope and access are confirmed, we align on goals, structure the account, and move quickly into execution.

How often do we communicate?

Communication is regular and direct. We schedule weekly calls with every client and are available via Slack around the clock. You'll always know what's happening in your account and why decisions are being made.

Do you onboard too many clients?

No. We're selective about the accounts we take on. We're committed to treating current clients with full attention and care. If signing a new client would mean any deterioration for existing clients, we pass.

How much do your services cost?

Paid ads management starts at $3,000/mo + 5% of ad spend. That includes strategy, management, static creative, growth modeling, and monthly reporting.

Add-ons like UGC management, affiliate programs, retention marketing, and landing page optimization are available separately. No setup fees, no contracts.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. All engagements are month to month.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Pricing is defined upfront and does not change without discussion.

Who pays for UGC creator fees and platform costs?

You do. Our retainer covers strategy, sourcing, briefing, creative review, and performance integration.

What ad spend levels do you typically work with?

We usually work best with companies spending or preparing to spend $10K+ per month on paid ads.

When can you start?

Once we align and access is granted, most clients are onboarded and moving within a couple of weeks.
